Spring Gymanfa Ganu
Diolch yn fawr iawn! (thank you very much) to those who came and sang their hearts out at our latest event on a rainy Sunday afternoon in Oak Park. This was the best in recent history with over 80 in attendance, many of whom stayed for the delicious Te Bach.
The Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, 744 Fair Oaks Avenue, Oak Park, IL 60302
on Sunday, April 25th, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. (Doors open at 1:30 p.m.)
You are invited to stay for the Te Bach (tea and cake) following the singing to renew old friendships and make new ones.
There is no charge for this event but donations are accepted and memorials may be made in memory of loved ones. Contact Gwilym Williams, Barbara Jones or Sue Stealey to have names included in the program.
Bring along friends and family, and Welsh hymnals if you have them*, for an afternoon of traditional song in which you are a key performer - this is not a spectator sport!
*Music sheets will be provided for those who need them.
